"Great hotel and onsen, especially for the price. We were assigned one of the 8th floor themed rooms with the Aso bear as decorationā€”adorable and great room. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. The buffet dinner and breakfast were well worth the price! The kidsā€™ play room was fun; the indoor pool was great (including a sauna at 95 Celsius). We didnā€™t get a chance to do the regular onsen, but did reserve a private onsen, which was cheap and well worth it if youā€™re a little uncomfortable otherwise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great for visiting the Aso area as well. 10/10 hotel."
