"There is no soundproofing, you can hear everything! The toilet is broken, the refrigerator does not work, there is a private owner, there are no cups..."
"The staff was friendly however incapable, there was no soap, shampoo, dnd in the room, the safe was locked there was no personal available to open it for the next three hours, no zero or light drinks available at the bar or restaurant, the elevator to the beach did not function, the person at the reception desk at 7AM didn’t know how to call a taxi."
