"My room shower was plugged up and did not drain. The lady at the Starbucks in the lobby was rather unpleasant and never smiled. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The exercise facilities, particularly the spa and the long indoor pool come over excellent. So was the outdoor pool and lounge area"

"The housekeeping always kept the room clean. We never had to call for them to come clean the room. It was always clean when we came back from wherever we went. Buffet and breakfast was great. The staff was very accommodating and very polite and helpful. Our room had a fantastic view of the harbor on the 6th floor. And we actually went to the bar our first night here just to relax a little and the bar was great on the 7th floor. We will be back"
