"After a problem finding ourbbooking on arrival things got better We got a upgrade on our room which was very nice Lovely balcony great view of pool and sea. Clean spacious room very nice bathroom. "I was shocked when found there is no hot water for taking shower during my stay , staff told me that due to rain we are not able to provide however next three hours later you can use , Where in the world you are taking hotel room and there is no hot water , we are in in pandemic days and no hot water Running business for hospitality has to be there with professionalism otherwise by cutting staff and not giving need of your guest shouldn’t be excuses "

"I paid BB but the breakfast was served at 9 am normally it should begin at 8am so I had to leave hotel before breakfast The photos of expedia was not correct for example the outside of the hotel was red and new looking in the advertisement but in reality it was white the hotel was old looking the rooms were very old and not confortable the hotel does not deserve two star it was like hostel finally the hotel was not customer friendly the only positive thing is its location "

"Customer Service was top notch and exceptional. Unlike the other hotels we stayed at (who were frugal with everything), they were very warm and hospitable throughout our stay - we thoroughly ENJOYED it. The half-board meals were a great spread of food, especially the desserts. They even packed a lunch box on our last day as we left before breakfast They did not let us stay our extra days in the initial sea view room our tour booked for us so we had to change to a "side sea view" room we booked room, which was a pain (but fair enough). The massage in the spa downstairs was OK but the Turkish bath was a disaster as it was very noisy, chaotic and not relaxing with kids running all over and screaming. The Jacuzzi was lukewarm, so I didn't enjoy that, but seemed to be the case with all the hotels. But my overall experience at this hotel for the things that really mattered was 5*. I would love to go again for a relaxing week."
