"The location is great, close to the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. We stayed for two nights as a family of four, but it was disappointing that there was no towel replacement. It would be nice if extra towels were available in the room or placed in the hallway for guests to use."
"Love this chain hotel with free breakfast. Walkable distance from Kurashiki station. Free bike rental is a plus for me to move around in Bikan historic area."

Unique features of Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter include the historic sites and gardens. Make a stop by Kurashiki Museum of Folkcraft or Ohara Museum of Art while you're exploring the area.
The preserved Bikan Historical Quarter showcases white-walled merchant houses and willow-lined canals that feel frozen in time. Explore the Ohara Museum of Art with its impressive Western masterpieces, then sample local sake at traditional breweries along the canal.
Kurashiki's canal system and historical streets are interesting. I love that it's far less hectic than the major centers. Much less English spoken here.
