"The lake and the hills are fantastic. But don't go if you don't like being the ONLY tourist at the lake. We were told business was going only at Christmas and Easter. We stayed for 2 nights and met no one. Apart from being deserted, the resort suffered from power cuts. One was several hours long. "This is a lovely hotel, although undergoing construction work when we stayed and with a few teething problems in the newly refurbished room (that the team worked hard to resolve) The gardens are really lovely, the pool is great, the staff are excellent! Very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. "
