I arrived via a VIP bus from Accra, and the staff made sure I was completely comfortable. They messaged Me along my journey and they STILL picked me up from the Bus terminal. Even the little things ... I left my fingernail clippers back in the States, and a member of the staff Literally went and bought me some fingernail clippers one morning! It may seem minor - But Trust Me Its the little things like that that mean A TON to a foreigner on his 1st trip to Kumasi! A Real pleasure to Stay at the Labev, I will definitely stay there again and I HIGHLY recommend this Hotel to anyone coming to the Kumasi area, especially if its Your first time. They even arranged Forex exchange for me, they helped me get a Bolt driver for rides, etc. I mean truly A1 Service ... Above and Beyond the call of duty! And EVERYONE is Nice and Genuinely wants You to enjoy your time. Food is Great ... Wonderful Place and has a Warm almost Family like VIBE ... Fantastic Hotel top to bottom.
