At reception, Atilla was extremely welcoming and professional. Upon learning that it was my birthday, he very kindly upgraded us to a room with a panoramic view, which was a thoughtful gesture and truly made our stay feel special. The meet and greet was handled expertly by Aliysa, who immediately made me feel welcome and at ease on arrival. Throughout our stay, the wider team were consistently attentive and friendly. A special mention goes to Mohammed in the fine dining restaurant, who anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and delivered service to a very high standard. The room was spotless, the amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt relaxed yet refined. Overall, it was a memorable experience, largely thanks to the professionalism and warmth of the staff."

"The hotel is perfectly situated on the seafront. It was very clean and the breakfast was plentiful, it could have been hotter, but i asked them to microwave the menemen which was happily done. Check in and check out easy. The room was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there again"

"The breakfast is continental crossaint, and bread roll with a variety of spreads Nutella, Chees Spread, butter and Jams. Unlimited tea, coffee and soft cordials. I didnt use the A/C much when i did it worked. "
