"The entrance of the hotel took a second glance to find as it's a single door that when you look into, looks like garage. We had to walk inside, and then towards the back was the elevator to take us to the room. Instructions provided was quite clear so there were no issues with our room entry. Regarding the room, it was average, and is definitely more glorified in the stock pictures. My only complaint was the couch being lumpy to the point where you can feel the spring in the cushions. Would not stay here again due to lack of sound proofing. "

"If you’re looking for a comfortable place to rest your head before heading elsewhere or leaving for a trip via KIX, it’s a wonderful hotel. There’s a lack of inexpensive eateries in the hotel itself, but there are various places within walking distance that have more economical dining options. For families traveling with babies, they do provide a crib (it was an Aprica pack and play sort of deal, and we have one at home so it was familiar to our baby). The view from the room was amazing as we had a corner room that overlooked the bay, and it was a rather large room. We enjoyed our brief stay, and we would be happy to come back again in the future!"
