Her warm smile, welcoming attitude, and genuine dedication to making guests feel comfortable set the tone for my entire stay. She handled my check-in with outstanding professionalism, ensuring I had everything I needed and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout my stay, she remained just as attentive — always ready to assist, always cheerful, and always going the extra mile to make sure guests are happy. Her delightful personality paired with exceptional customer service made a remarkable difference. It’s rare to come across someone who blends friendliness, competence, and hospitality so effortlessly. Eunice is, without a doubt, one of the biggest assets to Macoba Apartments. Nice location do not pay for the suite

Very good location. Property was well maintained and secure. I personally didn’t care for the food I ordered from the onsite restaurant (spring rolls, chicken wings, chicken salad). I stayed in a suite which came with a dining area and kitchen. The kitchen did not have any supplies (pots, plates, cups, utensils) and the laundry did not work. I would not recommend getting a suite but the rest of unit was nice.

Amazing Guest house!

The Guest house was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast was decent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a drive around the city centre. I will definitely visit again

Macon’s Luxury Apartment is one of the best and aesthetically appealing places to lodge in Kumasi. It’s location is central and proximity to Kumasi International Airport, KNST, Lake Bosomtwi, Adum and so many important places in Kumasi. The place is very spacious and as a gate community with security is first class.
