ベッド２と布団１の宿泊で、部屋はとてもきれいで快適でした。布団が薄くて畳で寝ていたかのような硬さを感じました。そこだけ残念でした。

改装後だったので、お部屋がとても綺麗でした。また駐車場が分からず連絡するとフロントの方がとてもわかりやすく説明していただきました。ホテルから繁華街にとても近くて便利でした。また利用したいと思ったホテルでした。

2泊しましたがタオルは３日に一度交換、掃除は毎日入るとのことでした。アメニティは２日目はスリッパ無しでした。

ホテル自体にはそれほど不満はないのですが、隣の部屋に泊まられたスパニッシュが夜中の1時からどんちゃん騒ぎを始め、寝ていたのを起こされるということがありました。フロントに対応を依頼し、暫くして静かにはなったのですが娘の受験のための前泊でしたので眠れない騒音は本当に困りました。受験生組を同じ階に固めるなど少し配慮があると有り難かったかなと感じました。隣の声、テレビの音、フロントからかけて頂いた電話の音など良く聞こえましたので隣のテレビ台とこちらのベッドが壁を挟んで設置してあるのだと思います。音に敏感な方は気をつけられた方が良いかもしれません。

私のような人間（マラソンランナー）にとっては、ちょっと不満な宿でしたが、普通の人でしたら、もっと評価が高いかもしれません。それは、バスタブがなく、代わりにシャワーになっていることです。もう一点の不満は、目覚ましが標準整備してないこと。今回は、受付に申し出て、貸し出しをしてもらいました。

フロントの方々はとても感じがよく、近隣の施設について質問した時も朝食の時間の変更を希望した時も臨機応変にご対応いただきました。ただ、部屋の冷蔵庫の中に飲み残しの水のペットボトルが入ったままでした。そうすると、部屋の他の部分も清掃にも不安を感じてしまいます。フロントの対応が大変良かっただけに残念です。

三人房的空間大小還不錯（一人是鋪床墊睡在榻榻米上）由於外面就是熱鬧的街道，會有些許餐廳食物的味道傳進來

部屋が広くて驚いた。立地も熊本市中心部でありバスターミナルまで徒歩で行けるのは満足。ただ明け方のカラスの声で目が覚めてしまった。朝まで熟睡したかったら耳栓は必須だと思う。

立地は○、サービスは△

提供された部屋は元々ホテルが推しているようなオシャレなものではありませんでした。わかってはいたのだけれど、羨望もなく暗く狭く快適性の無い部屋でした。生ビールサーバーが設置されてあり、一杯目はウェルカムドリンクかと思いきや200円の徴収有り。立地は街中でアクセスは良かったです。
