"Hotel is nice and comfortable. Staff are very friendly, hotel restaurant serve good food with wide selections. Location is good, the Golden Fort is only 15 min walk. But some surrounding streets are dirty. "
"We traveled as a family and occupied two rooms. The best thing about this hotel was its proximity to the tourist attractions. But the rooms were not specially clean (the bathrooms had a smell), when went to the reception desk the next morning someone was sleeping in front of it in a makeshift mattress, the food was greasy and of poor quality, and the dining room was open and exposed to the cold weather of the desert night."
"I had checked late in night and it was very hard to wake them up for check-in. Neither their was any bell to ring nor contact number were picked. After knocking door several time they opened the door and i was checked in"
"The staff here are amazing. Nice enough to send someone to the train station at 4 am to pick me up and give me a room to nap for a bit even before my official check in time. Restaurant is nice too with incredible views of the fort.

The whole staff at the hotel was so hardworking. The rooftop restaurant had a great view with excellent food. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. "
