"We had a simply wonderful experience at Ayung Resort. We stayed for almost two weeks, and every day was perfect. The resort itself is idyllic, the services were exceptional. But what we loved most were the people. The people in every single department were so lovely, it made our entire journey feel like we were a place that we belonged. "From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very special. Everywhere we went, the staff remembered our names and went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Our room was STUNNING with views out over the valley, and the outdoor shower was an unexpected and liberating treat! Almost everything we did whilst we were in Bali was arranged through the hotel and charged to our room so we never had to worry about having cash. They were even on WhatsApp if we were out and about and needed a car back to the hotel. The daily complimentary yoga and walks are a really nice addition and lots of excursions to choose from, and if chilling is on the agenda then the pool area is beautiful with great service from the pool bar team. I couldn’t say enough good things about this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone and everyone…we will be back!"
