No hassle in checking-in and staff friendly,
Kettle and cup provided but there's no teaspoon to stir. Corridor a little narrow n lighting a bit too dim for our comfort. Overall it's ok for the price charged.

The service are poor because they knew we have a child that need to carry up to the stairs and 3 big luggage with several bag but still they put us at 3rd Floor without any assistance from the hotel. So, we have to make 2 trip just to collect our luggage. Besides that, the room wasn't friendly for family that have a child that 2 years below. Because there's no wardrobe or anything for us to put our luggage and the hotel mug to put higher (afraid that our child might get hurt if play with it). The room as well are to small for a family room with the price are more than RM150.
