This hotel is awesome. The rooms are so big, with great city view and if you are above level 8 you can see the Petronas Tower from your room. The breakfast food is the best we have experienced in a hotel so far. The Staff are so great! The best receptionist was named MAS. She was such a lovely person! We will definitely come back. Great location - easy walk to the Pavilion Mall.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job ensuring everything was spotless and neatly arranged. After one of the worst hotel 5-star hotel experiences in Bangkok Thailand, I arrived at the RuMa in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, complete restoring my faith . What an extraordinary hotel this is. Personalised, detailed and hospitality to the max. Beautifully designed and the best breakfast I have had anywhere! What a pleasure and I wish I could have stayed longer.
