It was a small but very clean room, friendly, helpful staff. Everything I needed. I will stay there again if the opportunity ever arises. Close to public transportation, good food and plenty of other services in the neighborhood.

One of the best stay

One of the best hotel i have ever stayed. Reported some defects to the staff, and immediately he went to snap photo of it. Very efficient and friendly staff. Will come back in future, for sure.

Overall Okay For Short Overnight Stay

First time at this hotel,overall we find it okay for short night stay.Location at quiet shoplot area,no busy crowd.We checked in 7pm.Mostly night time can hear very noisy vehicles driving by the main road as it is near towards the TBS terminal station.Ear plugs would be good for light sleepers.As we were very tired,somehow managed good sleep while have some white noise sound (raindrops) in background from my phone. Pro's : Clean but compact room (limited space for luggage),basic amenities like clean towels,shower gel,toothbrush & toothpaste provided.There is hairdryer, mugs, hot water kettle to store hot water from the water dispenser.TV with access to youtube, netflix etc (use your own account). Comfy bed, soft pillows, aircond is okay but probably due to hot weather. I still feel a bit warm in the room.Wifi ok. Nearby facility: Petrol station.Mamak restaurant that opens around 4.30am onwards for sahur orders. We had plain fried rice (spicy!) with sunny side eggs & fried chicken. Cons: Lift was not working, so had to bring luggage up ourself taking the stairs (our room is on 1st floor). Requires a RM50 deposit,as I seldom carry cash so had to opt for online money transfer,which was refunded upon checkout with cash / online transfer option.I opted for cash refund. Reason for stay:Send my son to TBS bus station for his early morning bus ride balik kampung(10am EDT).Slept after sahur & Subuh, got up at 8.15am,shower & pack.Checkout 8.45am,grab ride & arrived TBS station 9am.

It's basic but it works and is pleasant enough. Next to the freeway which is noisy, but I slept fine. You can walk on foot to or from the TBS station (buses, metro, KLIA express). From the hotel you have to cross just north east of the Shell petrol station. From the other side you go through the 2nd floor of the KK building. It's not hard to figure out, you can get on foot through the freeway.

Great value. 1 km walk to TBS bus or Light Rail. Walkable if you don’t have luggage. Good place to stay if you are coming and going by bus or air (KUL only) multiple times. Eating at the local neighborhood Nasi Kandar restaurants is a fun, non-touristy way to enjoy KL. The property was dated, but very clean. Door locks are very old-fashioned. I see they have security cameras. It’s not sound-proof, there’s a lot of noise from the expressway.

Getting from bad to worse

I booked 2 rooms, stayed from friday 3rd may till sunday 5th may. On sunday morning around 10am, a janitor opened my room with his key while i was bathing. Not only once, but twice! This is totally unacceptable since check out time is 12noon, and i have got 2 more hours to stay! I didnt mention about early check out to the front desk. About another room, found a leftover thread on the carpet openly. Looks like the janitors are not doing their job well. Anyway, after 2 weeks have passed since my 1st stay, the elevator is still under repair. Imagine if i carry heavy luggages, ill avoid this hotel at all costs! After experiencing room break-in by janitor, i might have to think twice if i want to stay here in future.
