The hotel management is slacking in their maintenance. The air from the air condition vent smelled like sewer. When we complained, our room was changed the next day. However we had experienced the same issue. It was definitely coming vent system. However, the housekeepers were excellent. The cleaned the room to perfection and were courteous. During check in, a front office staff was free but did not attend to us and had us waiting for 15 minutes. A malay lady in particular who was free and did not even acknowledge nor indicate that someone would attend to us shortly. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I stayed here 8 years ago and the service was night and day to what I had experienced recently. The hotel management had changed since my first visit, hence the decline in service and quality.

I was in a in a premium room for one night. The room is average, rather small but the bathroom was dirty, rust around the rims on the floor and mild dew on the floor and wall. Worst of all the drain was clogged and started to overflow and leak out of the shower area and onto the rest of the bathroom and I was standing on water. Ias moved to another room the next day, an upgrade without additional charge. Room cleaning service is sub par.

Excellent hotel and convenient site

Really nice large rooms with high ceilings making the room feel larger. Air conditioning was cold which was great for the KL heat! Very convenient location with close indoor walkway to Midvalley Shopping Mall. Definitely will stay again in future.

I would like to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing and caused significant inconvenience. We arrived at midnight around 2:00am and found that only one receptionist was on duty to handle check-ins. Despite having booked and paid for a Premier Room with two single beds, the room was not reserved for us. The receptionist suggested downgrading our booking with complimentary breakfast as compensation, but this did not suit us as we had an early morning meeting and could not make use of the breakfast. Instead, we were placed in a room with an extra bed and were asked to move again the next day. This arrangement caused us unnecessary disruption and inconvenience. We had expected a smoother experience, especially given that our booking was confirmed and paid in advance. We hope the hotel will improve in ensuring room availability, better handling of late check-ins, and offering compensation that is truly practical for guests. Thank you for your attention.

The hotel's location at Mid Valley Mega Mall/The Gardens Mall is convenient, offering a wide range of prices and cuisines at various cafes and restaurants, so there's something for everyone. Also the Malls are packed with all kinds of shops from high end to budget as well as money changers and pharmacies. Additionally, there are lots of transport options to and from the hotel, just keep in mind that it can get very congested around morning and afternoon rush hour, so plan your trips accordingly.

Hotel was connected to Mid Valley Mega Mall. Lots of fun shopping and yummy food close and convenient. Had to request a razor blade from the front desk as the toiletries provided were minimal. Bottled water not provided but you can get water and fill the jugs provided easily and as many times as you need. Still a nice comfortable place to stay.

Convenience at its max. With Mid Valley & Garden malls on site, what else can you ask for. Your one stop shop for everything. Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. Towels though do need a refresh. Overall highly recommend this place for a short stay and convenience to everything.
