We recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The room was absolutely spotless and clean. The housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in their work.

Absolutely terrible. The apartment does not nearly match the pictures. Checkin is terrible and confusing, there's no desk. Communication is terrible. Asked to pay RM200 to some QR link as a deposit. The whole thing is a scam really. Hotels.com is responsible for this mess.

The building and its amenities were fine. The location is good. The host is terrible. The host did not provide cleaning service nor was it equipped for self cleaning. After repeated complains host sent the cleaner once during our 5 day stay. The cleaner then for some odd reason locked the washing machine access with a padlock which was not opened despite complains. The kitchen area had crawling insects that were not taken care of despite complaints. It was a terrible experience. And the place doesn't look like the pictures, dont get deceived.
