初めて泊まった時からこのホテルが大好きです。マレーシアらしいムードの落ち着いた館内、お部屋も新しくはないけど必要十分な設備と広さがあり、従業員は皆さん丁寧な接客をしてくださいます。酒類の提供はされていないようですが、ワイングラスをお願いしたら部屋に届けて下さいました。今回クリーニングもお願いしましたが中１日で仕上げてもらえるので、次からは着替えを沢山持っていかなくても済むなと。
