This hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants Great staff. Particularly, Ikram (porter/greeter) was very helpful in getting us Grab to leave during road closure and traffic was at a standstill. The 2 bedroom apartment is a bit dated but at least the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast quality down a bit but the hotel is priced competitively so it’s a trade off. Staff service is way better than pavilion hotel opposite where we are always waiting for room even at 3pm check in time. Pullman no such problem
