Apartment is spacious and comfortable, enough for our 8 people. Air-con is good. Rooms are big. The 3 bathrooms help in our morning rush 😁 Good location as it’s quite near to pavilion. There’s a cafe, Toast Box, below the apartment serving tasty food and good coffee.

The stay was largely comfortable. However there is a lack of communication between the owner and the caretaker. I was communicating with the caretaker and let him know that we'd have a late checkout. He however did not inform me that there would be an extra charge and I had to end up paying for an extra night which I felt was completely unfair considering that I was not properly told this and also because there was nobody else checking in that day. Had I known about the charges earlier, I would have made arrangements to store my luggage elsewhere before we had to get to the airport for our flight.

The apartment was really spacious - 3 big bedrooms with queen size beds. There were also extra mattresses if you needed. 3 bathrooms. A massive living space and great kitchen with lots of utensils if you wanted to cook. Fridge, microwave, washing machine. TV and Wi-Fi included. We had communicated with our hosts Dian and Ethan prior to arrival. Ethan arranged to meet us when we arrived, very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was massive, the photo does not do it justice. And the gym is very well equipped too. You feel very safe as there are security 24/7. Very quiet. Good location.

Clean, comfortable condominium units

The owner of the condominium units and his colleague were extremely helpful in helping our group of 19 travellers get settled. The units of three bedrooms each were spacious and clean, with great views of the KL skyline. The beds were a welcome respite after a long day of travelling. Within a short walk were bars, restaurants and a night food market which, again, was very convenient for our large group. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool.

Nice decent apartment

Double beds in all the three rooms. Wifi was not available on the day we stayed due to power shortage. The bed is nice and comfortable. Bathroom is clean. You can walk to "Jalan Alor" for food and bar. There is a swimming pool looks pretty also. There is also washing machine in the property.

Perfect Stay!! :)

The location was central to all main tourist attractions and was well connected to the public transport. The apartment was very spacious, clean, near and tidy. Various onsite facilities/amenities available in this property. Staff were friendly and accommodative to our requests. They also provided good tips on things to do and places to visit. Checkin and payment was quick and easy. Definitely recommending it to others.
