Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Check in was easy, I communicated with the host over Whatsapp to give them a heads up and they are very responsive and answer quickly. The property is beautiful- the rooms are clean and spacious and have a great view of the city. Host is very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Hotel Agile Skyview Suites KLCC by MOONLIGHT. Truly a 5 star experience.

Communication for check in is bad with lots of unknown. 1 hour before arrival. Message to inform them my arrival time. When reached I have to message them again, reply to head to tower B. Someone will meet me. Why can't they inform me before my arrival to massage them when reach tower B and will sent someone to me. Many time wasted for waiting, looking for tower B, messaging via Expedia. For 4 of us only 1 key card and 1 toilet row is given. Bad. Location is walking to MRT Station. Shopping malls and restaurant around the corner.
