"The staff were very customer oriented and helpful. The hotel location is the most comfortable and easy to go around the city of Berlin as it is walking distance to the Berlin Train Central Station. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin."

"Location was ok for our five night stay in Berlin. AC didn't work for the first two nights. Was finally switched to a new room after advising the front desk that it still hasn't been fixed. Lots of great restaurants around the area where we enjoyed dinner at a couple of times. Room was a decent size for our family of four. One thing I wish it had was a mini fridge in the room to keep cold drinks after a long hot day of sightseeing. Took public transit at the nearby bus stops and was easy enough to get to places from this location. Overall was happy to stay here."

"Rooms were spacious and very clean and equipped with a fridge! Gym was clean and rarely busy. Staff are great. Hotel is a short walk to the the train and supermarket is downstairs. highly recommend!"
