Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Zippers of the duvet cover and pillow cases were damaged. Therefore, the contents inside slide out constantly. One supporting plank on one side of the bed was destroyed and the bed lowered a lot when seated on that side. I reported those problems to the owner, but nothing was done during our 6 nights stay. There is no kitchen utensils, only plates, knives, forks and spoons in the room. The location is great, with short distance to public transportation.
