"We arrived to be greeted very warmly by a friendly receptionist. But we were very disappointed when we saw our room, as we had paid extra for a mountain view room, there was construction in front of the hotel, which meant from our balcony we could not see the view (see photo 1). "The area of Pfronten is beautiful. The hotel is very vintage, felt like stepping backing in the 1950s. We had the family apartment, which was a great size for us and our children. Perhaps because of the language barrier, the woman attending breakfast wasn't overly friendly.
