Very good hotel, with great wellness and fitness facilities. Restaurant was good too. For breakfast I would have expected more healthy choicies, for instance fresh fruits and more kinds of nuts.

While the hotel itself was lovely, the food delicious and the staff helpful and friendly the hotel does not have air conditioning. We unfortunately stayed there one of the hottest days of the year and slept poorly due to the heat, even with all the windows open.

Mehr Schein als Sein. Der Spa-Bereich und das Außengelände sind schön, das Hotel an sich ist etwas altmodisch. Der Besuch im Restaurant war ein einziger Fiebertraum: der Kellner war völlig überfordert, schrie Gäste an und es dauerte ewig, bis das Essen kam. Eine ganze Geburtstagsgesellschaft ging wieder, weil sie 45 Minuten auf ihre Getränke warteten. Das Frühstück war total überfüllt und der Checkout war langsam und unpersönlich.

wegen massiver Verspätung der DB erst um 23:00 Uhr angekommen, aber die Infos durch die Rezeption haben einen problemlosen Zugang ermöglicht (top organisiert!). Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und das Frühstück ist auch top!

Vi kom sent og skulle spise i Restauranten- helt urimeligt ringe mad og til ufatteligt mange penge. Vi fik pasta med rejer - hvor der kun var 4 stk rejer - retten kostede 28 euro!!!! 7 euro for en tør reje !! Helt uden for skiven at tage så mange penge for så ringe mad. Hotellet lever ikke op til 4 stjerner da det er meget nedslidt

Bra storlek på rummet, lite tråkig utsikt mot en äng. Badrockar o badtofflor finns när man ska till poolavdelningen källarvåningen. Ganska halt på gången ner till poolen. Stänger tidigt redan 22.00, en timme till vore bra. Fanns inget att sakna på frukosten.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber in Ordnung. Kleine Reklamationen wurden nach 2. Aufforderung und Kontakt zur Hausdame korrigiert. Die Damen am Empfang waren sehr bemüht und haben einen gewünschten Zimmerwechsel gut und freundlich organisiert. Personal im Restaurant (Frühstück) war bemüht, wirkte aber nicht eingewiesen. Das lag nicht nur an der z.T. vorhandenen Sprachbarriere. BIERGARTEN ist eher eine Pflasterwiese, Bereich am Teich verwahrlost und gesperrt. Verzehrt doch mal ein Gast etwas, bleiben die Reste stundenlang stehen, z.T. bis zum nächsten Tag. Zum Pool gehörender Freibereich (Wiese) war seit langem nicht gemäht. Abfalleimer wurde in 8 Tag Aufenthalt nicht geleert und quoll über. Pool/Sauna im Gegensatz dazu in Ordnung. Inakzeptabel war das Frühstück bei Kategrie 4*+. Lt. AUSHANG WIRD ES FÜR 24 €/PERSON ANGEBOTEN! Billigste Aufbackbackwaren, Industriewurstprodukte, auf Wunsch frisches Spiegelei, ansonsten warmes Gemüse und 1Sorte Würstchen, Rüherei. Samstag und Sonntag zusätzlich Weisswurst, an einem von 8 Tagen tatsächlich Lachs. Worin sich Unterschiede zwischen Wochentagen begründen blieb bei gleichem Preis unklar. Bei 8 Nächten habe ich 384 € (!) für ein mittelmäßiges Frühstück auf IBIS-Niveau investiert, dem es an Frische, Regionalität und Abwechslung fehlte. Kein Wunder, dass sich kein externer Frühstücksgast blicken lässt. Vielleicht lebt man ja besser von asiatischen Reisegruppen. Schade um die Möglichkeiten des Hauses und die Mitarbeiter.

Eine absolute Katastrophe. Resort des Grauens

Absolut enttäuschend. Die Sauberkeit der Sauna ist eine absolute Katastrophe, hier wurde offensichtlich schon ewig nicht mehr gereinigt. Zimmer nur mittelmäßig Sauber Anlage stark verwohnt und Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Nach Aufguss in der Sauna Kurzschluss und Stromausfall ( völlige Dunkelheit ohne Notbeleuchtung) Notausgang war abgeschlossen. Stühle auf dem maroden Balkon zerfallen bereits. Wo hier die angegebenen Sterne zu finden sein sollen ist absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Der einzige Lichtblick war das vielfältige Frühstück. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen, der Saunabereich ist zu meiden, versprochenes Wellness Erlebnis sucht man hier vergeblich.

Schönes Ressort

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber es hat uns alles sehr gug gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Zimmer hatte eine kleine Terrasse. Das Ressort liegt fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum, zum Kurpark und zum Waldcafe - mit Panoramaschaukel. Es gibt sowohl einen Parkplatz (5€) wie auch eine geräumige Tiefgarage (10 €). Wäre das Wetter besser gewesen, dann hätten wir unseren Aufenthalt sicher verlängert.

Wir haben das Hotel spontan Donnerstags Abend gebucht. Freitags um 15.15 Uhr haben wir eingecheckt. Danach sind wir direkt ins Hotel eigene Schwimmbad und zum Whirlpool gegangen. Abends hatten wir ein 3 Gänge Menü da wir Halbpension gebucht hatten. Das war nicht nach dem Geschmack meiner 13jährigen Tochter. Da hätten wir lieber al a Carte bestellt. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war grandios. Es gibt alles angeboten was das Herz begehrt. Wir fanden es sehr lecker!
