The staff was amazing. Also had the best price, make sure to get the breakfast included, if you’re planning on doing activities. The had happy hour and a nice pool. Overall, really enjoyed staying here and will stay here in the future.

Hotel muito bom, prédio é um pouco antigo mas bem conservado, pequenos detalhes podem melhorar como as toalhas que já poderiam ser renovadas. Fica a uns 10/15 minutos de caminhada da praia mas se não quiser caminhar tem transfer grátis do hotel para a praia e vice versa de tempo em tempo. Ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente e cama macia. Rua do hotel tem muitas opções de restaurantes, conveniência e lojas. Atendimento atencioso no front desk e nos ofereceram ficar na área da piscina após nosso check out o que foi excelente pois nosso voo era somente a noite. Piscina adulto e infantil, ambas super limpas, atendida por restaurante, bar e massagem pagos a parte.

NUNCA MAIS - paguei Styles e recebi Budget

Hotel extremamente ruim. Não há espaço para nada. O quarto é minúsculo. Não há armário e não há espaço para a bagagem. A iluminação é fraca. O banheiro é um horror de tão apertado e escuro. A única vantagem é o cofre. Achei que poderia assistir TV francesa, mas não havia essa opção. O café da manhã era um lixo. Literalmente. Não há espaço suficiente. Eles pedem para que tomem café da manhã em grupos e antes das 8h. Depois, como fica cheio, os lugares são bem disputados. O pessoal não é nada simpático. Eu tinha desistido da rede All Accor. Resolvi dar uma chance, mas me arrependi amargamente. NUNCA MAIS.

It’s located in a good central area for Ao Nang beach and buffet breakfast was good. Unfortunately our room’s ceiling looked like it had some mould and our room also wasn’t cleaned properly before our check in (had a half drunken hotel bottle of water on the bedside with no new water in fridge, had to ask reception for towels etc). Laundry was also going to cost over 1000 baht - used clean & glow laundry just down the road which was 200 baht and a good, quick service.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a good middle of the road hotel. The hotel aesthetics were what you expect from a chain hotel so if you are looking for something a bit more traditional or to feel like you’re not in a standard city break hotel then this isn’t the place for you. The pool area is nice with a free towel each day. The breakfast is good and the area is clean. The beach is around a 15 minute walk and you are on the Main Street in Ao Nang when you leave the hotel. The landmark night market is an 8 minute car journey away. Overall this stay provided us with what we needed for 3 nights in a busy area.

Por mejorar.

En general las instalaciones y la habitación adecuada pero la luz del balcón no servía, el televisor no servía, el papel higiénico escaso, tuve que pedir 2 veces repuesto, el aseo de la habitación era superficial, nos quitaron toallas el último día y las toallas estaban rotas. Me he hospedado en otros Ibis y nunca me había sucedido algo similar.

Pet friendly hotel and the wife and I come almost bi weekly. Accidentally booked the incorrect date and arrived at the hotel. Expedia staff and hotel staff were amazing . Fully refunded and booking was the same price . Top service from both Expedia and Hotel.

This place is old and is in need of a renovation. We found many cockroaches on premises running through the corridors. Very unclean and unhygienic. Location is good 5 mins to the beach. The breakfast is terrible , limited options and also just unhygienic. Would I stay here again. Absolutely not. You’ve be warned!

I stayed only one night on my way to the Southern islands. Would not stay longer. Very busy area. The swimming pool was open to the public at a pretty low cost. The room was ok, with a balcony overlooking the pool and view of the mountains. There was a window in the bathroom, with a very dirty shade that needed some deep cleaning. Room seemed clean. Ok mattress, but uncomfortable pillows, which is pretty common. I did not try the breakfast.

Gezellig centraal gelegen hotel met westerse invloeden, waar ik na meer dan twee weken helemaal aan toe was. Personeel heeft mij vanmorgen keurig geholpen met het geregel omtrent de 12GO bus, welke niet kwam. Blij mee! Heerlijk zwembad met fijne shuttle service naar het strand en chill ontbijt. Wel graag wat meer aandacht voor het bijhouden van de badkamer! Jaloezie is wel aan vervanging toe en overal watervlekken…

Buen hotel, pero que mejoren un poco el desayuno

El hotel es correcto, con un personal maravilloso en todos los departamentos que te harán la estancia muy agradable. Está bien ubicado, el mapa es engañoso, en un paseo de unos 10 minutos llegas a la playa. Hay mucha oferta complementaria cerca. El menú del restaurante está bastante bien y lo mismo el bar. El tema del desayuno, no sé ni para qué lo escribo, dado que antes de tomar el hotel leí montón de comentarios sobre lo mismo, que falta algo de comida occidental (que son, creo, el 35-40% de la clientela), como quesos, embutidos, bacon, pero parece que a Ibis no le importa porque pasan los años y veo que todo sigue igual. Al menos la fruta, los huevos al gusto y los croasanes están bien. Gracias por todo, espero volver,
