"部屋はとてもワクワクする部屋で、快適に過ごすことができました。ただ、チェックインする時にやり方がわからなくてずっとチェックインできないというグループが1組いました。全員分の個人情報を入力したらQRコードが届くということをわかりやすく書いてあれば親切かと思います。また、自分の部屋の間取りはチェックインするまでわからず、ベッドの数も表記ではセミダブル3台となっていましたが、実際はセミダブル2＋2段ベットがありました。バーベキューセットがあったので、海鮮を焼こうと準備をしてたら、２つのうち１つのガスバーナーがはまらず、使用することが出しませんでした。お風呂のテレビを密かに楽しみにしていたのですが、故障中と書かれており残念でした。改善点をいくつか挙げましたが、それ以上に部屋は清潔でキッチンもとても綺麗で、過ごしていてワクワクするつくりになっていました。 "

"Clean comfortable tiny room that met my needs at an affordable price. Nice amenity is free access to the second floor onsen baths. APA hotels do not pretend to be anything else than what they are, a well run highly efficiency focused hotel chain that will save you some money and provide good, albeit minuscule, accomodations with convenient, safe and very clean buildings."

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The location was also convenient with a convenience store right next to. I’ll definitely stay there again!"

"This is the second time I've stayed here and it was wonderful. I love being in the station, close to the train lines and great restaurants. The room was spacious for two people and very clean. We were lucky to be on a floor with the laundry machine and didn't have to fight to use it, but there was only 1 machine on the floor so watch out. Great place, will probably always stay here when in Sendai."
