Plus 1.Spacious room space and beds which can accomodate up to 8 travellers. 2.Nice 3bedrooms apartment with refrigerator, washing machine, astro, cooking stuff etc 3.Outstanding, friendly and helpful receiptionist plus maintenance staffs Minus 1.Room lighting / bulb not clear and some of them is not working 2.No main curtain or no thick curtain. At night, people from other unit/building can see what are you doing or wearing. 3.Water at water tap in main master bedroom is very slow 4.Shower handle is broken hence it so difficult to use shower without it 5.No dustbin in both bathroom to throw unused personal stuff. You have to use common dustbin

Booked 2 condos. 1 condo was clean and nice but the other was dirty with stained moldy bed sheets, the water pressure was low and the toilet door broken.

다시는 안 갈 것 같네요

총 4박 머물렀는데 8명 대가족이라 펜트하우스 복층을 예약했어요. 방 4개에 화장실 3개였고 사진상 괜찮아보여서 예약했는데 가보니 일단 손님을 받을 준비가 전혀 돼 있지 않았습니다. 외이파이와 셋톱박스 연결이 안 돼 있어서 다음날 사람 보내준다고 했구요. 화장실 3개 중에 2개는 변기에서 물이 새서 바닥이 흥건하기 젖어있었고 나머지 하나는 천정에서 물이 떨어져서 물이 고여있더군요. 바닥은 청소한지 오래됐는지 집 둘러보는 사이에도 발바닥이 시커매질정도였구요. 일단 청소는 매일 해달라고 했고 하루 잤어요. 그 다음날 남자 한명이 점심 즈음에 와서는 그냥 뭐가 문제인지 체크만 하고 가더군요. 어떻게 하겠다는 말도 없이. 그래서 기다려야 하나 하다가 전화했더니 시간이 걸린다면서 나갔다가 들어와서 연락주면 고치는 사람 보내겠다 하더이다. 그래서 너무 늦으니 우리 나간 사이에 고쳐놓으라 하고 나갔다 왔더니 와이파이와 셋톱박스는 고쳤는데 화장실은 여전하더군요. 그냥 썼습니다. 마지막 날에는 청소도 안 해줬구요. 타올은 세번째날부터 안 가져다줬어요. 여기가 그냥 아파트 같은 곳을 빌려주는 거라 프론트 데스크도 없고, 숙소는 A2 건물인데 사무실은 B2 건물에 있어서 들어가려면 카드키가 있어야 하고 좀 복잡한데, 문자를 보내도 연락이 없고, 꼭 전화를 해야 하고.. 공항에 내려서 유심칩 사서 갈아끼우자마자 문자로 KK마리나 건물이 많던데 어디로 가야하냐 문자 보냈더니 답 없어서 결국 전화해서 또 좀 기다렸네요. 일단 정문 바로 앞에 있는 C1 빌딩 앞으로 오라고 합니다. 마지막 비행기 타는 날 밤비행기라 좀 쉬고 샤워도 하고 가려고 같은 사무실에서 운영하는 방 3개, 화장실 2개 있는 2층에 있는 집을 하루 빌렸는데 거긴 상태가 더욱 심각하더군요. 방에 깔려있는 카페트에는 온갖 얼룩이 있고 침대 헤드 없는 곳도 있고 전체적으로 좀 지저분... 여기서 자라고 했으면 못 잤을 듯. 딱 하나 좋았던 건 위치. 센터포인트와 오셔너스몰과 가깝고 와리산 스퀘어나 필리피노마켓도 가까워요. KK플라자나 위즈마까지도 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에요.

Good location, large but dated

I had a 3 bedroomed condo apartment on the 10th floor. The apartment was large and in addition to the 3 bedrooms (all double beds) it had a large lounge area with satellite TV, a dining area with table seating 6 and a kitchen. One of the bedrooms was with a large ensuite bathroom with a toilet, bath and shower, there was also a seperate 'wet' bathroom with shower and toilet. The kithchen had a fridge/freezer and large gas stove with an oven but lacked basic cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery. The decor and all the furniture was very dated with the sofas in the lounge heavily stained. The apartment needs to be renovated. It was advertised as having a waterfront view which it did have when first built but now a new shopping mall built in front of the complex blocks out that view. Overall it was adequate and very cheap for a place for 6 people. Of note, this company shares a similar name to that of the Resort at the same location which has the main ground floor normal reception area. BUT this condo was run by a company which has units in a different block and the check in has to be done in one of the condo units on the 5th floor of Block 2 of this complex. This is NOT explained in the booking itinerary. Also, the access to the block 2 has an electronic lock so you have to call the telephone number on the booking itinerary to get them to unlock the ground floor access door to be able to get to the check in unit on the 5th floor. None of this is explained in the booking!

수영장이 있다는 점이 좋았지만 샤워실은 정말 최악이었습니다 녹물이 끝도없이나와서 제대로 씻을수 없었어요

친구들과 저렴하고 즐거운 여행.

저렴한 비용에 비해 넓은공간과 생각보다 깨끗했다. 냉장고가 약해서 처음 이틀은 시원해 지지 않았다. 발코니 문이 녹이슬어 열리지 않았다. 그외 침대시트는 깨끗했고 화장실은 오래되었으나 나쁘지 않았다. 친구들과 요리를 해먹기에는 부엌에 있는 발코니에 전기쿠커가 있어 실내에 있었더라면 더 좋았을 것 같다. 주변에 워터프론트와 맛사지 샵들이 있어 접근이 좋고 야시장과 마켓등이 가깝다. 만약 코타키나발루에 긴 시간 생활하며 머물어야 한다면 고민없이 선택할 것이다.

極差 有蒼蠅&積水很像監獄 千萬不要去住

這次的住宿經驗非常糟糕 一開始進去 有好幾棟, 居住的地點在 b棟五樓, 需要感應卡才能進入 運氣好剛好碰到好心人 順利到我們住的d棟後, 外觀環境 電梯設備老舊很像監獄, 進入到套房後是很寬敞但有霉味&一堆蒼蠅我們同行的六人興致都沒了 感覺真的很糟 晚上洗澡浴室積水 / 冷氣不涼 / wifi還壞掉不能用去反映態度還不是很好,我一直盧到後來才願意幫我們處理網路的問題 非常的糟糕!!!!!!!!!!!!! 有史以來住過最爛的飯店 我還特別選了 比較貴的套房 結果跟照片完全不一樣 大家千萬不要被騙了
