"great location and good breakfast included. coffee and apple juice are available all day at the lobby. draw back could be the air conditioner that cannot be adjust and the room is a bit old."

"スタッフさん全員丁寧でした。 大人数で行きましたが、お部屋の調整やさまざまな質問にも丁寧で大満足です。 海外のお客様やスタッフさんも居て、少し海外気分が味わえました。 またお部屋は写真よりも広く感じました！ あとTVがうつりませんでした。あまり部屋に居なかったのでそこまで残念ではないですが。 ともかく大変お世話になりました‼︎ Thank you so much‼︎♪"

"Well located hotel located near several onsens and close to the main street. Not too far from the moving sidewalk to the lifts (although there is an unavoidable very steep hill). We booked a room with a private bathroom. The room was clean and of a decent size. Main downssides were the significant premium we paid over other hotels, which we in retrospect have trouble believing was justified, and the very poor western breakfast options. Breakfast was comprised of mostly Japanese options...

"We are the repeaters. This the rare co-ed onsen which allows you to go in with your friends and family. The onsen was filled with milky warm water so that you can stay in long hours and enjoy other people's company. Very relaxing environment surrounded by mountains. The food was omakase and very good. We enjoyed all of the local cuisine items with great beer and sake. "

"部屋は清潔で、終始とても親切な対応でした。大規模なホテルにはない「温もり」を感じる宿でした。 例えば、周辺レストランへの送迎もお願い出来ました。その移動途中、観光施設などにも立ち寄っていただき、満喫することが出来ました。 また、LINE（ライン）を利用して、滞在中に観光情報や撮影してもらった写真を送信してもらいました。 また機会があれば、是非、泊まりたいと感じました。"
