"On a trip from Tshwane to the Eastern Cape, Springfontein is a convenient stopover point, about 60% of the way home. It is just off the N1, and hence convenient for a mostly-N-road trip home (R roads can have terrible potholes). Pieter phoned before we set out to ensure that we knew that there were no restaurants nearby, and was equally helpful once we arrived, finding a fridge for us. "I love spacious rooms and Adelante fits within that. Leaving aside the space issue the room was homely, a coffee table and two sofas. I however like a bath as opposed to a shower. This was the only sticky issue for me. The Lodge is located near a mall and therefore restaurants are around the corner. Tha was a big plus for me. "
