"We like to stay at a Prestige because we can rely on comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The holiday weekend meant they were fully booked but we found the rooms quiet and staff were working hard to ensure guests were satisfied. "

"Clean rooms, but it was a mess trying to figure out where our room was and later on finding the hot tub when there was no staff...elevator, sauna, steam room, and water fountain all broken. Pop machines empty. Room itself was clean and comfortable, but would not recommend if you're looking for something easy..."

"We stayed for 2 nights in May. I learned that this property was originally designed as condos. That explains the unusual numbers on the rooms. Our room was very small but it had 2 chairs & a table & was overlooking the pool. There is a golf fairways & green adjacent to the hotel. The hotel entrance & restaurant are nicely decorated. There is underground parking included. If the property had been built at a higher elevation, it would have had a spectacular view of Lake Windermere! The hallway carpet could use upgrading. First impressions count. The change room by the pool had very narrow passageways, not built for crowds. The Exercise room was pretty basic & some of the equipment did not look very clean. The front staff was friendly but could not tell us where we could watch the baseball game .. later I saw that it was playing in the bar just adjacent to the front desk. The restaurant food was okay but the very dusty divider dampened my appetite. There are pickleball courts but we did not have time to play."

"Very quiet and god sleep, thought this might not be the case with the amount of vehicles, but it was. Staff here was excellent - accommodating with a request for late checkout, and helping us out with a special request. Think the fellow at the front desks name is Sandy, great service"
