"What a nice hotel. Beds are were the most comfortable we have experience so far this trip. Front desk staff was so helpful. The only reason for 4 stars for service was because we had asked for 2 additional towels and more toilet paper a couple times but it never showed. Our room had a sunroom, not just a deck, so it made it possible to enjoy tea in the brisk morning. One note, the carpet is older, but beauty of the woodwork, marble, and other aspects more then make up for it."
