Das Hotel liegt direkt an den Musicals. Man muss das Hotel zum Besuch des Musicals nicht mal verlassen. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber, der Ausblick atemberaubend. Die Dame am Empfang war super herzlich, hat uns kurz auch etwas zu den Degus erzählt. Das Frühstück war fantastisch. Riesige Auswahl, genug Platz und sehr freundliches Personal. Es gibt eine Auswahl an Restaurants, es dürfte für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei sein. Wir haben uns für den Pub entschieden und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Bei Ankunft kein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption,war in der Pause ,keine Vertretung.Check in ab 15.00 Uhr schlecht. Hatten Musical um 14.30 Uhr ,konnten uns nicht frisch machen.Sollte verbessert werden .

Das Personal war sehr nett, die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Im 15 Stock hatte man einen tollen Ausblick. Einziges Manko: Etwas Schimmel in der Dusche. Sonst sauberes schönes Bad.

House keeping was horrible. Booked a mini suite for 3. Was only set up for 2. Asked front desk to correct came back late and front desk said they could do nothing. So no pillow or bedding for third person. They gave us a portable heater and pillow off of lobby chair Next day after complaining, still no bedding. Nothing till third night

Wir müssen glutenfrei essen. Bei Nachfrage konnte uns die Frühstückdame nicht sagen, ob bestimmte Lebensmittel glutenfrei sind. Die Ausschilderung war nicht immer vollständig. Die Dame hat sich aber bemüht, uns Optionen zu bieten.

Frühstücksauswahl war gut, jedoch kein Auge für Details. Beschriftungen am Müsli waren veraltet und nicht mehr lesbar. Deko-Obst beim Kuchen runzlig. Sogar verschimmelte Beere auf dem Teller. WLAN ging im Hotel nicht, daher auch kein TV möglich. Zimmer (Junior Suite) war sehr abgewohnt. Sauber aber optisch „schmutzig“ Fliesen & Fugen im Bad sahen dreckig aus, waren aber hygienisch sauber. Loch in der Zimmerdecke wo früher wohl der Fernseher hing. Sofa ebenfalls mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren. Beleuchtung im Zimmer funktionierte nicht richtig.

Bett: Überzug sauber, innen Hundehaare Zimmer: viel zu heiß, klimaanlage defekt Hotel: wird als Flüchtlingsunterkunft genutzt. Unfreundliche "Gaste". Man könnte ein wenig mehr Dankbarkeit erwarten... Ein Extrapunkt für die Freundlichkeit der mitarbeiter, die wohl für den Zustand nichts können.

Ich kann eigentlich nur Gutes berichten. Ein Stern Abzug, denn der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war schlecht und die Kühlung im Zimmer auch nicht besonders. Zum Glück war es draußen nicht so warm. Denn auch das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Nicht mal auf Kippstellung. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und man konnte gut schlafen. Die Minibar war mit fünf Flaschen ausgestattet, diese konnte man kostenfrei genießen. Bis auf den einen Stern Abzug wegen Wasserdruck, Klimaanlage und Fenster kann und muss ich nichts bemängeln. Das uns bedienende Personal war sehr freundlich. Das einzige was noch besser gehen würde, sind die Parkkosten. Waren von Mittwoch bis Freitag dort und mussten 40€ kosten. Ich denke, das wäre wohl kostengünstiger möglich gewesen. Plätze sind genug vorhanden.

Positiv: Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal freundlich und die Minibar im Zimmer kostenlos. Negativ: es wird mit 55 Zoll Fernsehern auf jedem Zimmer geworben. Erwähnt wird allerdings nicht, dass man weder sein Handy damit verbinden, noch irgendwelche Streamingdienste (Netflix etc) gucken kann. Als wäre das nicht schon nervig genug, gibt es nur 20 sender und darunter kein pro7, rtl, vox oder sat1. Und dann auch noch: kein wlan Empfang!!(hatten ein Zimmer im 16. Stockwerk). Die Preise in den Restaurants stimmen nicht mit den Preisen überein, die auf der Website auf den Speisekarten ausgeschrieben sind. In Wirklichkeit ist es teurer.

Sehr Schade, tolles Personal, optisch super Zimmer, aber wenn bei 30°C und einer riesen Fensterfront die Klimaanlage des Zimmers nicht funktioniert ist es leider nicht zum Aushalten. Wie üblich lassen sich die Fenster nur Kippen im oberen Bereiches des Hotels, bei einer nicht funktionierenden Klimaanlage und einer Sonneneinstrahlung ab 6Uhr frühs, ist es spätestens um spätestens 7Uhr weit oberhalb der Außentemperatur. Aber tolles Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und wirklich aufmerksamen freundliches Personal. Zu Empfehlen ist das Hotel aber nur im Herbst/Winter im Sommer sollte man es besser meiden.

Den 1 Punkt gibt es für die fehlende Kommunikation! Weder Expedia noch die Hotelbetreiber halten es für nötig dem zahlenden Gast (im Prinzip auch noch doppelt zahlend) zu informieren, dass das Hotel zum großen Teil für "Flüchtlinge" genutzt wird! Es befinden sich dort mehr "Flüchtlinge" als Gäste im Haus! Im Lift kommen einem also Menschen mit Müllsäcken entgegen. Vor dem Hotel stehen sehr viele Raucher! Ich fände es fairer wenn man vorher weiß auf was man sich einlässt und dann entscheiden kann ob man bereit ist weit über 100€ pro Nacht zu bezahlen. Zum Zimmer. Die Ausstattung ist ganz ok. Allerdings bei über 30 Grad funktioniert die Klima nicht. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war aber um Entschädigung bemüht. Dem Bad sieht man das Alter an. Ich weiß es sind schwere Zeiten aber wenn man im Monat mehrere Millionen vom Steuerzahler bekommt könnte man auch investieren, wobei ich dieses Objekt nicht mehr lange als Hotel sehe, leider. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Nicht weit vom Frühstückssaal bekommen die "Flüchtlinge" ihr Frühstück gereicht. Wenn man zu weit im Gebäude läuft landet man in der Waschküche der "Flüchtlinge" die sehr verdreckt ist und nicht gut riecht. Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Am Tag 20€ Fazit: Für diesen Preis würde ich dort nicht mehr übernachten. Allein schon aus dem Grund weil der Betreiber sich auf Kosten von Steuerzahlern gesund stoßen will bzw ein lukratives Nebengeschäft gefunden hat.

Das DORMERO Hotel in Stuttgart hat nichts mehr zu tun mit dem was es einmal früher war. Ein Schatten seiner selbst. Wir kammen seit vielen Jahre immer wieder ins Dormero wegen den Musicals. Ganz früher waren wir vom DORMERO sogar begeistert, später dann war es nur noch ok , und nun 2025 ist alles nur noch schlecht. Preis: 80.- Euro, ohne Frühstück. Dann noch extra 2x 24.- Frühstück und 1x 20.- Parkgarage. ( SOMIT 148.-Euro) für dies schlechteste Qualität. Am schlimmsten war: Es war extrem warm im Zimmer, ( Monat Mai) da die Klimaanlage schon seit Monaten nicht funktioniert und das Fenster konnte man nur etwas schräg stellen ( eventuell könnte man an der Rezeption einen Schlüssel verlangen zum öffnen). In den Zimmern stehen kleine billige Heizlüfter, da im Winter auch nicht die Heizung ging. Zimmer: Bett unbequem. Vorhang war zerrissen. Bad Utensilien nur noch auf verlangen an der Rezeption, Zimmer Reinigung auch nur auf verlangen an der Rezeption - das hatte nicht einmal geklappt - erst nach Reklamation wurde noch spät am Abend gereinigt. Minibar nur noch 4 kleine Getränke (wenigstens Kostenlos). TV hat nicht gleich funktioniert. Film Auswahl von früher nicht mehr existent. Nur noch TV. Zur Überraschung sind die meisten Etagen an Flüchtlinge vermietet. Dies wird nirgendwo im Hotel erwähnt. Die meisten Restaurants und Bars sind inzwischen geschlossen. Obwohl es mir schwer fällt wegen der guten Lage zu den Musicals, war's das letzte Mal im DORMERO.
