"Great time"

"We were in bungalow #47, which is surrounded by trashes and dirt. We had the feeling being in a recycling center ! The sink was totally clogged. Last but not least, the personnel at the front office were totally unfriendly, in particular what seems to be the manager of the resort (other staff out of the front office was nice). During our 3 weeks trip in Thailand we were never received like this. The food in the restaurants was average. Apart of that, view was very nice and located close to the...

"We stayed here for a couple nights to experience all Koh Tao had to offer. The steep inclines throughout the hotel's walkways were tough for my gf to navigate and the hotel is far away from the walking streets. However, the shuttle services, consieege and private pools more than made up for it. Our room was huge as well."

"The pools are amazing. Large upper pool for swimming laps. Views and the convenience was great for first few days in Koh Tao. The Factory restaurant next door great for healthy and some gluten free food. "

"The Seaview and ocean view room where very old and needed renovation the Restaurant was very expense and not a good range of food or good quality "
