Friendly staff, scooter rentals and a small bar with a pool table for the rainy days. It’s in a less busy more relaxed area of Koh Tao located between the Pier and the South Island resort area. "Sensi Paradise is beachfront property with villas nestled into the hills behind the beach. The villas are basic but very clean and comfortable, with large comfortable beds, and a large outdoor deck with day bed and armchairs. The breakfast at the restaurant on the beach is excellent, as is the food at other times there. The pool is a delight as is the private beachfront.
There are many nearby restaurants, bars and nightspots, shops, and activity operators."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Tarna. Decent breakfast spread without being overly fancy. The free shuttle to and from town (and to and from the ferry) was greatly appreciated. The onsite dive school was excellent and we had great dives with them. The fact that their equipment is in great condition and they have their own traning pool at the hotel were big pluses. We had a room with its own pool, which we really enjoyed - But be aware that these rooms are all facing onto the construction site next door. I estimate that it will be ongoing for at least another year (we stayed in April 2025). To be fair it wasn't that intrusive, but I think potential guests should know about it."
