Great property for family vacation

the propety is large and quite well maintained; there are enough dining choices and prices are fair for a resort of this standing; the pool is great place to spend the day with kids; the beach is not the place to really swim- too much current; overall - there is, visibly an effort to upgrade the service level with more professional stuff; the property stay highly recommended in my opinion;

Outstanding Koh Samui Hotel & Spa

The Hotel and food were great. Our ocean front one bedroom villa was outstanding with its own plunge pool. Worth the extra expense. Also the Thai Massage at the spa was outstanding. We highly recommend it. The beach fire walker show was very well done. Great place to catch some rest and downtime after travelling several destinations in Thailand.

Everything here is wonderful. The breakfast buffet is lovely, service exceptional and the beach and pool area never felt crowded. The beach is a bit rocky, so if you have small children you’ll prefer the pool.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! So beautiful and clean. Rooms are immaculate, food was amazing, pool was terrific. Truly don’t have a bad thing to say about this resort. I also really appreciate their allergy postings at the buffet—helped me to avoid nuts during my stay. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing and relaxing stay. The villas are a bit old but lovely and comfortable, but they are refurbing this year also. Can’t say enough about how friendly the staff are and while yes you could point out a few small improvements there is absolutely no need as the positive out way any small imperfections. Definitely recommend the ranch restaurant worth every penny and the Thai restaurant was amazing food and staff. We will definitely be back. The property is very nice but requires staff to move you around in cart due to size and hills. They have a shuttle to shopping several times a day but is generally very secluded. All the staff are fantastic and food good. Our room was getting a little dated and needs some upgrading but nice a spacious with outdoor patio and plunge pool.

Amazing trip

It was a very memorable trip with a surprise anniversary celebration for us. The kids club was also well-equipped, so the whole family was able to enjoy their stay at the hotel. What I would like to see improved is that the transportation within the hotel is limited to buggies, and we waited nearly 30 minutes for the buggy to come when we returned to our room from the pool. It may be unavoidable since it's the off-season. However, there is no doubt that the sea is beautiful and it is a wonderful hotel.
