Lovely resort with amazing views from every unit, fantastic restaurant on site and very courteous staff. The only drawback is that you are a bit further away from the main areas/night markets but then with the Grab App you can get anywhere in 1/2 hour.

This property was beautiful. Staff and service excellent in all areas. It is a bit far from shops so if you want to get out and about it’s not the easiest. Have a plan for that or start up a grab account (an app like uber). If you want to pool hang and relax, this is the spot for you.

We stayed two weeks and I wish we could have stayed longer. Super clean, gorgeous location, 24/7 front desk service, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone greeted us with smiles for the entire stay and were so kind and thoughtful. Aster was fantastic and such a joy to chat with. We really appreciated all her tips and suggestions. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious too. This was the highlight of my year and I will really this place and the team. Thank you so much!

Under going Remodeling/painting, not mentioned on booking site or no email informing us the section of building we booked was being remodeled. Agreed to refund us for 2 nights and we relocated to another hotel. Restaurant closed at 8pm??? No room service after 8pm 1st for me at a 5 star hotel Buffett breakfast, the worst I've every expired in a 5 star, staff was just plain lazy untrained. Would not pick up used dishes. When we were leaving the hotel I was told its off season! Ohh, I see so maybe you should be a 2 star off season. Let me tell Centra their doing it wrong, they should followyour example.

We stayed for nine nights at this property. I would like to give an honest and objective review of this property as it is a tale of two halves. Firstly on the positive side the property itself is excellent. The apartments are spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped (although with some evidence of some ageing, wear and tear). They have amazing views out to the ocean and are kept spotlessly clean. The pool areas are also very nice (although there is a serious shortage of sunloungers - 12 for the entire resort, luckily it was very quiet!). All staff are very helpful. On the negatives the resort is on a steep hill so not suitable for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. It does not have a beach as the images suggest. The sea frontage is rocky and dirty and not suitable for swimming. More importantly the resort is literally in the middle of nowhere!! You have to get a taxi anywhere at a minimum cost of $12 - $15 each way which adds a significant cost to your evening out! There is one restaurant in the property which closes at 19:30, far too early and the place is dead by 19:00. The restaurant is OK and reasonably priced, but obviously only one venue is very restrictive and repetitive. The same restaurant serves a very limited breakfast which at best was OK. If you want to go to Ko Samui, stay in good quality accommodation and do absolutely nothing then this place is worth considering. However, not great for anyone looking for more to do, nice beach access etc.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich auch wenn die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, waren wir trotzdem sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer und dem Rest der Anlage. Das Frühstück ist allerdings ein Enttäuschung gewesen.

J'ai aucune idee comment et qui donne le nombre d'etoiles chez hotel.com !!! Mais assurment ils ont jamais visités cette établissement pour y attribuer 5* A notre arrivée au premier regard cetqit evident que nous etions pas a la meme hôtel que les photos prises surmenr il a 15 ans sur le site ! Nous avions réservé 2 nuits mais apres une nuit nous somme parties Hotel viellisante et tres tres malpropre Dejeuner tres ordinaire Éloigné Restaurant et bar malpropre Chambre a une odeur humidité Il a pas de plage et le bord de mer est pleine de dechets (bouteilles de plastiques ect ...Elle a jamais ete nettoyé depuis des annees) Nous avons eu des hotels 4* qui auraient pus etre classé 5* mais celle-ci est d'avantage une 3* et je suis genereux Je recommande absolument pas cette Hotel malgre la note donnée par hotel.com

部屋がとても広くて快適 お風呂の湯舟が大きすぎてお湯を満たすのに時間がかかる 海は足場が岩だらけで足が痛い 宿泊客が少なかったのでプライベートプール状態 空港からホテルまで片道1200バーツで少々高い
