"Love this hotel"

"All good,only moan is they add 17% service and tax to all food and drink. Never experienced that ,it makes a130 but bottle of beer 152bht.I found it annoying,go to the beach bars and pay 70 but with no service or tax added. But overall it’s a very nice hotel with large pool and very nice staff."

"Nice place quiet"

"From we arrived you could the quality of The Sands, it's beautifully laid out with manicured lawns, water features and a large fish pond. We had a swim up room which was large, clean and very comfortable, the only downside of the room was that the terrace was in the shade for the majority of the day, if you want one of these rooms request one that has sun most of the day. The site is almost split in two with quieter side that had an adult only pool and family pool with bar, then the other side has a mini water park for the kids with a number slides, fun water play and a lazy river. At breakfast there's a great choice catering to all nationalities and tastes, we didn't eat at the hotel at night but speaking to people who had it sounded very good. The staff are fantastic, always polite and friendly, nothing is to much trouble. Whether you want a family holiday, with plenty to entertain the kids, or a restful time from work or touring Thailand then The Sands is a great choice "

"Stayed in a premium pool access room on a b&b basis. Breakfast was plentiful. Loved the omelette station! Spent most days on the beach where pla & thep were able to find us beds at any time of day and their energy was always positive. Our pool was clean and lovely to chill out by after a long day at the beach. We saw they had themed nights where you could pay if you werent AI. Outside the hotel there are lots of restaurants to choose from and new ones being built. Would definitely come back to graceland!"

"This hotel is a very nice resort hotel. Very big! You must know you will walk a whole lot in the hotel. I had a twisted ankle and had to use their free shuttle service a lot so that’s a huge plus. The food is great and staff is too. Would recommend to anyone that wants that resort vacation you won’t have to leave your hotel much from. Also Phang Na is a very calm town. If you’re looking to escape the crowds definitely book this hotel. "

"This place is a gem. Quiet beach front place with delicious food, walkable to small restaurants at pier. Stayed 2 nights with family and could have stayed a week! "
