Nice location, big room and friendly staff. However the property condition is very bad. old, smelly and dusty. The mattress is saggy and you can feel the spring.

We (myself and my wife) travel with children age 11 and 13. The hotel charge us extra 9,900 yen each for each kids for one night, total 59,400yen for 3 night stay. They cannot shows us the hotel policy for this charges. We called Expedia line for help but nothing Expedia can do. Greatly disappointed. We have no choice but to pay. We now sought your help to refund this extra charges.
