Incorrect phone number given but great bus service

They provide an amazing pick-up service with one caveat; they sent the WRONG PHONE NUMBER to call. (The correct number is able to be found on the internet easily, I am just not very smart) When you call the number they send, it tells you the number doesn't exist. I had to take a bus up to the place, and then walk uphill in the dark with my luggage for about 20 minutes. They give you a convenient book that tells you the Bus station information desk can call them. But they didn't send this information in the 3 messages they send you. But they do give you the wrong phone number twice. They should include this information in this email as it will help a lot. This problem made my experience quite stressful. But it is something they can easily fix. So I still recommend this place. I particularly recommend this place with larger groups, as the cabins are spacious. They are cleaned well, and the kitchen is very convenient for cooking. The bathtubs were good, and the water was nice and hot!! Very hot water, I'm very happy with that.

The room was very large and had 2 floors, which we can choose either to sleep on normal single bed or futon. It also had two restrooms which was good if you travel with the group. The hotel served us simple breakfast with breads, veggie soup, juices & coffee at the room which was very nice although it was a bit too much for us. A few cons here would be the location of each room which is uphill and it wasn't pleasant to drag all heavy luggage to the room while check out time was a bit too early compared to other hotels we stayed.

とても残念

ペット同伴可ということで1泊1棟8万円超えでも申し込みしました。とても楽しみにしておりましたが、建物は古めで、リビング居室はそれぞれ狭め、ソファーも何台もの。全体的に古びたたてもの内装でした。清潔そうな感じでしてが、蜘蛛の巣がそこらじゅうにあったり、TVの裏がものすのく埃がたまってたりで、値段でが高かっただけにガッカリ度がMAXでした。その上、お掃除の方が待機しており、外で写真を撮って荷物を積み終えたら、退出時間前なのに、お掃除入っていいかと言われ、なんだか追い出されたような感じで帰ってきました。とても残念でした。

子供と孫との夏休み

10人の貸別荘を予約しましたが、当日受付をしたら、18人用の棟に変更してくれて、超ラッキーでした。3家族大人4人孫3人だったので、広くて快適でした。 コロナ禍で露天風呂が使用禁止だったのが、残念でしたが、花火大会もデッキから見れて良かったです。 だだ、掛け布団にカバーがなかったのが残念でした。 ファミリーには快適だと思います。孫達もまた来たいと言ってたので。

スタッフの方の対応は良かったです。 しかし、お部屋の中が臭っていたり、 お部屋の食器棚が臭く、 棚の中に死んだ虫がいたり、 ベッドの上に緑色の小さな虫がいたのが がっかりでした。 網戸も穴が空いている箇所があったり、 お部屋の老朽化のせいか、汚れが目立つ箇所が 多く見受けられました。 お天気に恵まれ、 久しぶりに家族で楽しめたので、良かったです。

施設はとても綺麗で、雰囲気も良かったです。 BBQも食材だけ持ってけば良く、食器、割り箸もコテージ内に全て準備されていたので非常に楽でした。
