"Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Wir hatten ein Appartement. Sauber. Wir nutzen sowohl Swimming Pool als auch Sauna. Alles OK. Das Dampfbad wird auf Anfrage betrieben. Wenn man möchte, bekommt man täglich neue Saunatücher. Bad immer sauber. Hervorragende Platzverhältnisse, die Kochzeile war sehr gut, man konnte sich endlich einmal drehen. "The apartment 419 is located at 3rd floor of Casa Marina Apartment House. Good: location; walking distance to promenade and beach. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Bad: worn furniture in the apartment (sofas and armchairs partly dirty, beds creak, table partly damaged); not enough knives (6, but we were 7). I highly recommend to replace the dirty/damaged furniture. "

"Die Wohnung war an sich super ausgestattet. Alles war da, was man braucht und sauber war es auch. Auffallend war der angenehme Geruch, als die Wohnung betreten wurde. Der Check-in war nicht ganz so toll. An der Rezeption konnte man sich nicht gut verständigen, da nicht so gut deutsch gesprochen wurde, was aber im Ausland auch nicht Voraussetzung ist. Es wurde aber nur ein Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt und ein Zettel, auf dem 2 Adressen standen. Also musste man gucken, wo man überhaupt hin muss....

"Beim Check In wurde weder Deutsch noch Englisch gesprochen. Ein Laecheln war nicht drin, eine Wegbeschreibung nur nach Nachfrage und mit einem Gesichtsausdruck zum fuerchten. Bei beiden Fernbedienungen waren die batterien leer, so dass ich wieder hin musste. Kein "Entschuldigung" oder sonst ein nettes Wort. "Aufgrund eines "technischen Problems" mussten wir das Appartement wechseln. Einen Tag vor Urlaubsbeginn. Der Zustand des "neuen" Avangard Ressort Apartments war sehr abgewohnt und der Zustand der Möbel alt. Obwohl der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer defekt war und man dies bemängelt hatte, wurde während der gesamten Urlaubszeit der Mangel nicht behoben. Schade. Des Weiteren war die Schiebetür der Dusche defekt. Abfluss verstopft etc. Katastrophe. Nie wieder …"
