Ich war ein weiteres Mal in diesem Hotel, diesmal mit meinen 2 Mädels. Auch wenn es nur 2 Nächte waren, so fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Die Ruhe und die super Lage trugen auch einiges dazu bei. Der Spa- und Wellnessbereich wurde gern genutzt. Die Speisenauswahl beim Buffet war wieder super. Meine große Tochter war nur nicht ganz zufrieden mit dem Vegananteil auf der Speisekarte des Restaurants am Abend, somit waren wir am Abend auswärts essen. Ansonsten wieder gern eine 10 von 10. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für den sehr angenehmen familiären Eindruck!!!!

Auf dem Brett war unter der Bettdecke ein großer Staubfussel und aus der Dusche spritzt das Wasser oben aus dem Gelenk. Betten könnten für große Personen etwas länger sein.

Mein 2. Besuch in diesem Monat September in dem Hotel, Ich habe dieses mal eine Suite bekommen, in einem der älteren Villen. Das Frühstück sehr lecker und viel Auswahl . Es gibt einen beheizten Außenpool und Innenpool, 3 Saunen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Viele Gaststätten auf dem Weg zum Strand- ca. 15 Minuten. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Eine Poolbar wäre super. Im Wellnessbereich gibt es keine Whirlpools wie beschrieben. Teilweise ist die Einrichtung veraltet. Service und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut.

Die Bedienung an der Rezeption war sehr nett und das Außengelände ist schön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Es sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Promenade und mit dem Auto kommt man gut in alle Richtungen (z.B. Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck oder Swinemünde). Das Frühstück ist Durchschnitt (z.B. fehlt es an Kaffeespezialitäten wie Latte Macchiato). Das war es aber dann leider schon an Positivem: das Zimmer in der Villa Seedaler war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und versprühte einen 90er-Jahre Charme inkl. entsprechendem Geruch, die Betten und Kopfkissen sind sehr unbequem, die Duschbrause ist undicht, die Beleuchtung im Bad ist so dunkel, dass man kaum von Beleuchtung sprechen kann, die Vorhänge verdunkeln leider null und es ist sehr hellhörig. Die Bedienung der hauseigenen Bar Piccolino ist nicht wirklich freundlich und aufmerksam. Erst nachdem man nach mehreren Minuten gefragt hat, ob man die Bestellung an der Bar direkt aufgegeben muss, wurde man bedient (und nein es war nicht viel los, wir waren fast die Einzigen). Die bestellte Currywurst war leider die schlechteste Currywurst, die ich je gegessen habe - die Soße schien eine normale und ziemlich dünne Tomatensoße gewesen zu sein ohne jeglichen Geschmack und auch bei den Pommes suchte man leider vergeblich nach Geschmack. Die Cocktails beim Piccolino waren soweit aber in Ordnung, auch wenn sie nur wenig Alkohol enthalten haben. Abschließend lässt sich sagen, dass ich persönlich nicht noch einmal in dem Hotel übernachten würde.
