I gave a 4 star because there is really no shuttle to the hotel from KIX. They only have early morning shuttle to the airport. Very deceiving advertisement of property on Expedia. Room was spotless and staff was great. Rooms are large but i didnt realize the rooms were catered more to kids. Everything was low and plastic but if you have kids its great for them.
