"Really lovely week. The property and the location are beautiful. The facilities, restaurants, etc. were all excellent. I would very much recommend it as a pleasant, relaxing holiday resort in a really beautiful spot. The service was very friendly and helpful but sometimes not quite hitting the standards I think they were aiming for - but only in little things, such as running out of menus one evening. The management of the airport transfers, which was important, was seamless."

"Huge property with a great kids club that’s ideal for families. However it’s far from restaurants and the food in the resort is very average. Premises are old but clean, staff are friendly and helpful but don’t communicate well in English resulting in a few misunderstandings. Housekeeping takes a long time to come around and most days our room wasn’t cleaned til mid afternoon. It feels like this hotel is so big it struggles to be managed properly. Tolerating it for the kids club and activities but definitely on my own I wouldn’t return."

"Breakfast buffet amazing and a must do. Various happy hours through the property. Delicious drinks and food. Onsite restaurant a little pricey compared to outside restaurants. Our first room had a foul smell, had to switch rooms then was wonderful!! A little far from other areas but perfect for a peaceful quiet experience."

"It was a lovely stay for us. Everyone in the staff was very courteous and nice. The breakfast spread was decent. The resort is right on the beach and is very family and kids friendly. Although it’s in a very secluded area of Phuket, there is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel with very reasonable rates. For families looking for a relaxing few days on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, it’s a wonderful option."
