Ko Phi Phi hotel rooms a the Four Seasons

"Beautiful resort. Great staff. However the noise from the beach discos is SO LOUD that it’s impossible to sleep even with noise cancelling headphone or earbuds. It’s a shame that the government allows this. The discos are a kilometer away, and yet it’s still unbelievably loud. It would be ok if it ended at midnight. Or if they played music at a level wasn’t so damn loud that it literally shook the walls of the bungalow. If you value your experience, stay away from the area. "

"room we had was 202, had ocean views, was freshly renovated, free minibar included, Room was amazing location, central to all amenities. Pools were amazing. Gym minimal . Food somewhat expensive but there are cheaper options only a 5 min walk along the beach. would have been better if staff didnt allow guests to reserve pool loungers for hours whilst they went off on tours etc, hubby and i would often lay by the pool noticing towels placed for 4 or so hours with no one there only for them to return after lunch ( many people come to check iuf seats to swim etc but leave as it looks like there are no spots) "

"Beautiful property and excellent beach! Staff are amazing and the property is clean. They had a buggy cart for guests as needed. The tide goes out very far as a heads up, so the beach was not always able to swim. But lots of pool chairs so we had no issues. This is a 5 star place for sure! Also there are lots of local food places for very cheap just behind the resort. "

"The property is situated in a perfect location. The swimming pools are incredible, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, but needs some serious updating. The beds were too firm, and my safe didn’t work properly. We had a swim up room that was in a great location; it was at the end closest to the beach. This hotel was great for a short visit. If they would spend some money on new mattresses and new shower hardware, this could be a 4 or 5 star rating hotel. "

"Took almost 2 hours to get to property as taxi boats did not arrive due to ‘low tide’. All other hotels in the area managed, so we had to pay to go on a neighbouring hotels boat. Staff at the port were very unhelpful and rude. Key note is that you have to get a taxi boat to and from the hotel, otherwise it is 40minute walk in difficult conditions. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no offer to carry the bags. Hotel room was very dated and bathroom in particular was not clean. No pool or loungers at the property. "

"Room was ok. The staff were nice. They food at the restaurant was very basic and the portions were very small. Service was really slow many times waiting 20 plus minutes for the food to arrive. Restaurant area is very unattractive. This would not be such an issue if there were any other options for dinning out but you need to take a boat to town to have any other eating options and the last boat back to the resort is at 4:30 so you don't have any options but to be stuck eating at their restaurant. I'm sure that they plan it that way so everyone is stuck eating there. Food is overpriced for the portion sizes. I would not recommend staying at this location."
