Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya

"I have stayed here three years in a row and I will keep coming back. The rooms have been recently renovated and are both more stylish and modern as well as having greater functionality. The property is well maintained, has an excellent breakfast buffet with many choices, and a large swimming pool - deck area to entertain families or if you are like me just to rest before a long night out in the nightlife zones. As I have written before, my favorite part of the hotel is the friendly and helpful staff across all the working departments of the hotel. I believe staff retention is very high here, as i have seen many of the same faces across the three years I have stayed. I think that speaks to the overall quality of the hotel and in general is nice to see familiar faces. I will continue to book this hotel on return trips to Pattaya."

"I have stayed at this hotel a number of times now, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. The location along Soi 8 is just minutes from the beach and numerous bars. There's a 7Eleven and a pharmacy right opposite the hotel too as well as a laundry. 5*"

"Nice photo with some really cool features. I like the rounded edges of the various fixtures in the room. When hotels featured a king size bed, I want expecting 2 singles bed combined. It’s uncomfortable spring in the centre of the bed. The water park was small. I was expecting something much bigger. Breakfast spread was good though. I always didn’t like the jacuzzi. The gap between the tub n the edge is dangerously"

"On arrival, the whole premises was a WOW to me. through the winding entrance, I was led to a spacious reception and everything was the standard of "The Standard". The staff members were very helpful, helping with all the questions I raised efficiently. The room was comfortable with a good view. The staff member in the air-conditioned restaurant was not quite responsive, and I chose to dine at the Mexican one, getting drenched into the sea breeze and the staff members were very responsive and interactive. I had a wonderful time in the restaurant. The breakfast was quite disappointing; I was the first one to attend the venue at around 0645, but most of the hot food was not heated up properly. The congee should be otherwise prepared warm enough but in the end, it was lukewarm."
