Lovely, peaceful Resort. Amazing value!

Very quiet and peaceful resort. Staff are great; Rainnie is especially helpful. The bungalows are high quality builds and very clean. Can rent a scooter from the resort at a competitive price which is very handy. Lots of restaurants etc nearby. Highly recommend :)

Lovely property with fantastic staff. Special mention for Rainnie for all her help resolving transport and changes. Villas arw spacious, clean and well maintained. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Shower pressure is good. Towels are big and special towels provided for those who attend parties and need to wash off paint. Little kitchen area and kettle and large fridge with bottles water. Very quiet at night. Decent size pool and sun loungers. Nice gym area too.

Fantastic Experience All Around

Loved this resort. Very quiet, peaceful, clean and most of all the staff runs it beautifully. Pick up at the pier was very helpful and cost was fair for the distance. The staff was so welcoming and the room was ready early upon my arrival. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Wifi is excellent and reliable in all areas of the resort. A/C/ is strong and there are two units in each bungalow. Amenities are nice with refrigerator and electric coffee pot. 2 water bottles are provided each day. Breakfast is wonderful, varied with excellent vegan options. Bike rental is efficient and the bikes are good quality. Pool was clean and a good size to swim laps. I felt welcomed and well taken care of at all times by staff. I will definitely return to this little haven the next time I am on the island. I recommend it highly.

Bel hôtel dans un coin paisible

Accueil exceptionnel, endroit calme et paisible. Par contre il faut louer un scooter car assez excentrée de tout ce qu'il y a à faire!

Опрятная и аккуратная территория. Действительно чистые домики, сделанные из современных материалов. Приятный и чистый бассейн. Заботливый и улыбчивый персонал. Атмосфера диалога с природой и внутреннего спокойствия. Есть небольшие минусы: (1) если не следите за сладким - будьте готовы встретить муравьев (но это нормально для отеля в формате бунгало/домиков, который находится пусть и в авто/пешей доступности, но все же в джунглях); (2) вкус ежедневно предоставляемой воды приемлемый, но какой-то скепсис к нему все-таки есть, и не только у меня. В целом - место отличное. Настоятельно рекомендую. P. S. К отзыву прилагаю фото без фильтров и обработки.

Rent och fint hotell. Jättetrevlig personal som pratade bra engelska. Vi var dessvärre med om en mopedolycka första dagen och hamnade på sjukhus så vi fick inte spendera våra sista semesterdagar på Hotellet. Men personalen var så hjälpsam och packade ihop våra väskor och skickade dom till oss. De hörde av sig till oss under hela sjukhusvistelsen och undrade hur vi mådde och om de kunde hjälpa till med något. 5/5 i kundbemötande och service!

fantastico!

Hotel fantastico, personale molto attento e sempre disponibile. Prezzi vantaggioso anche per noleggio motorino e servizio taxi navetta. Colazione ottima, ambiante molto accogliente! Letto comodissimo e camere molto spaziose e luminose. PIscina privata il tutto circondato da palme e un'atmosfera molto rilassante e silenziosa. Ristorante chiuso a cena.

Versteckte Perle

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Akuna verbracht. Vorne weg: Shuttle-Service vom Hotel (super Pickups!) kostet p.P. nur 150 THB, mit dem Sammeltaxi (günstigste Alternativ, Platz auf der Ladefläche) 200 THB - also frühzeitig Kontakt aufnehmen! Das Hotel macht einen super Eindruck. Es ist gerade mal 1,5 Jahre alt und liegt sehr schön am Hang im Wald (Ruhe & Erholung pur), zur Hauptstraße mit 7/11, Restaurants und Strand sind es max. 10-15 Min. zu Fuß. Die Bungalows sind sehr hell und freundlich. Das Bett is grandios und riesig - Boxspringbetten! Großer Spiegel und zwei Fenster im Badezimmer, kostenloses Wlan, internetfähiger TV, separate Klimaanlage im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. Am Pool gibts Liegen, Schirme und aufblasbare Pizza/Schwäne, es ist außerdem perfekt zum schwimmen (da sehr lang und tief), das Wasser riecht weder nach Chlor noch ist es "verbraucht" - komischerweise waren wir fast immer alleine dort. Zum Frühstück: zwar relativ übersichtlich aber für alle was dabei, Toast, Früchte, Egg-Station, Pancakes, Säfte, Speck, Thai-Food ... Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, man sieht jeden Tag Gärtner die Laub rechen, den Pool reinigen... Der Service im Hotel war sehr gut, wir konnten sogar unsere Flugtickets gratis ausdrucken. Rollermiete kostet 200 THB pro Tag inkl. 2 Helmen, die Roller sind dabei in SEHR gutem Zustand!
