WARNING! AVOID!

Save yourself, do not book here. I have never written a 1-star review for a hotel, but felt I had to save others from choosing this “establishment”. Where to start. Reception is a joke - rolled her eyes and appeared severely irritated that I asked for the WiFi password. THE ROOM. Covered in ants. There is nowhere to put the luggage where ants will not be in it except the bed. Bedding had multiple holes and stains. The “comforter” was made up of a flat sheet rolled in a fleece blanket (with cigarette burns) and a fitted sheet on top (?). Mold on ceiling and covering floor in bathroom - shower shoes a MUST. Dried dark fluids on walls. Attempted to get my money back for leaving early through Hotels.com, who had to call the hotel for approval. You guessed it - they did not approve, quoting the “cancellation policy”. To make it worse, hotel then came by and offered housekeeping, as if this was compensation for not refunding the unused amount. Unreal. Don’t waste your frustration on this place.

Kann man machen muss man aber nicht

Also die tägliche Zimmer Reinigung ist schonmal weggefallen! Der Ausblick war schön. Die Hängematte hats ausgemacht. Beim Duschen kam kaum Wasser und die Bettwäsche war ebenfalls nicht sauber. DAS Meer vor der Haustür kann man leider erst abends betreten und der Pool wird zwar mehr oder weniger gereinigt aber darin baden wöllte ich nicht, da es nach den Partys ziemlich ekelhaft aussieht. Das Personal war hilfsbereit aber nicht alle freundlich. Der Aufenthalt ist definitiv erträglich, wenn man nicht den ganzen Tag dort verbringen möchte.

Had a super time here for full moon party. Fun and friendly staff, loved the pool and the beautiful ocean views. The all you can eat and drink pre party package was a nice touch too.

Can't fault my stay at Asia Blue, staff were great, location was great and place had a nice vibe. My friend hurt himself while we were out during the day and staff helped us find a good doctor.

Great price, nice staff & tours available onsite

Our overall stay here was wonderful. The entire staff that works at Asia Blue is very friendly and welcoming. This hostel is also linked to a great bar nearby where they have nightly events, making it a great starting point at night. In addition they offer many tours, we did the Asia Blue land tour on our 2nd day and it was a highlight of our trip plus a great way to get to know the island. They do have Wifi but it can be somewhat weak unless you are at the restaurant but I believe they were adding better ones. If you are looking to go diving or get PADI certified the course is offered within the hostel. Many nearby restaurants and bars but if staying for a longer period of time I do recommend having a scooter in order to see the entire island. If we come back this will be our go to spot as we truly loved the environment, especially being able to walk out of our room and be right on the sand facing the water and next to the pool.

I stayed in a 10 bed dorm on my first night, they didn't give me a blanket, the bed was uncomfortable and the toilet didn't have a seat attached. The beach isn't very nice so I moved up to a hostel on the west coast

spitzen Lage, man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen

das Bungalow war sauber, allerdings fehlten Ablagemöglichkeiten sehr! Es stand nur das Doppelbett in der Mitte des Raumes und eine Minibar in der Ecke, ansonsten gab es kein Kästchen, Schrank o. ä. wo man Sachen ablegen konnte. Das Bad ist typisch Thailand, jedoch relativ groß. Das wlan war die reinste Katastrophe, da hatten wir meist nur am Pool gute Reichweite, im Bungalow leider nicht! Insgesamt wars für uns aufgrund der Lage, auch bzgl. der Fullmoon Party perfekt und der Preis war total fair!

Der strandabSchnitt ist nicht der schönste, zum tauchen lernen geeignet, sonst nicht zu empfehlen. Zimmer sauber, allerdings keine Möglichkeit Sand vor Eintritt des Zimmers wegzuspülen etc, keine moskitonetze!!!

Great little resort right on the beach

Hacienda is a great resort in a perfect place - it is next to Thongsala and all the civilization, supermarkets, restaurants etc. but further away from all the teenage party people in Haad Rin Beach. It means that you can actually have a good rest here. Pool is a great advantage too. The only minus is that the WiFi only works in the restaurant area and only in the rooms next to it.

Rude staff, small rooms with no A/C - Avoid it!

On checking in the staff were rude and unhelpful. A group of us were staying and most got a room which only had a fan not A/C (one day it got to 45'c inside the room!), and the toilet didn't have a flush - we had to pour water in to make it flush. One evening the water went off and was off until the following morning, we weren't warned about it and no one apologised.

nous avons trouvé un bungalow sale tout petit sans fenetre juste des volets en bois donc impossible d'aérer, salle d'eau très sale, aucun confort, pas de transat au bord de la piscine, rien pour s'assoir, plage encombrée de gros caillou, vraiment pas top, je ne le recommande pas, Nous avons dû partir après la 1ère nuit pour trouver un logement plus convenable
