"Stayed four nights, but didn’t get around to using the spa unfortunately. The hotel is nice, and made a change from the chain hotels I normally stay in, but it was about the same price at this time, so why not. Reception staff were nice. Chambermaids were polite and helpful."

"The room was clean and bed comfy. BBC tv coverage bad. Bathroom needs upgrading. Room 115. Breakfast good but chaotic - there was not enough info on ordering various items and what order to move around the various item tables. Finding staff to take order not easy. Staff were v pleasant. Reception staff excellent Didn’t use any spa facilities so can’t comment. Overall impression that the whole building needs attention. Very good position for Chesterfield."
